Beginning Memorial Day Weekend and lasting through Labor Day, Shelter Cove Marina will host Harbour Fest. This year's highlights include: Shannon Tanner performing Monday-Fridays at 6:30 and 8 p.m., Cappy the Clown Sunday-Fridays from 6-9:30 p.m. and fireworks at dusk every Tuesday, beginning June 14th. Chess Camp for Beginners and Beyond
Georgia Southern University's new summer chess camp will take place June 1-2, in the Nessmith-Lane Continuing Education Building on campus for students between first and 12th grade. "Our Town"
Performances will take place June 2-12 at Artworks, 2127 Boundary Street, Beaufort. Tickets are $15 per person, $10 for students and groups and $5 for children. Pickin' by the River

Free Movie Screening

The movie "Uncommon Folk: Folk Artists of SC", produced by SC-ETV and co-sponsored by Red Piano Too and Penn Center, will show from 2-4 p.m. at Penn Center on St. Helena Island. Manatees Discussion

21st Oatland Island Summer Camp
Oatland Island Summer Camp is a week-long day camp available to rising kindergarteners through rising 6th graders. Eight weeks of camp are offered from June 21, 2010 - August 20. Weekly camps run Monday-Friday, beginning daily at 9 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m. Tuition is $135 for each week of camp. Oatland is located five miles east of Savannah off Islands Expressway. Water Fun Day

Lowcountry Brass American Salute
This event, put on by the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra will take place at Shelter Cove Community Park. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and concert begins at 7 p.m. Bring a family picnic, chairs and blankets, and enjoy a "concert in the park".  Food and beverage will be available on-site from Caddy's Bar & Grill and Jack Frost Ice Cream. Summer Camps

July 2nd 100 Bike Tour
Sea Island Bike Tours is teaming up with The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lowcountry to lead a fascinating tour of the Sea Islands. Bicyclists will ride 50 miles a day Saturday and Sunday and visit St. Helena Island, Hunting Island, Lady's Island, Harbor Island, Port Royal, Parris Island and Horse Island. Riders are requested to raise $250 to ride, along with a $50 registration fee. Tour begins at 9:30 a.m. at Penn Center (16 Penn Center Circle West, St. Helena Island). For more info: 843-575-5430

July 4th Hilton Head Firecracker 5,000
The 26th Annual Road Race and Family Fun Walk will be held at 8 a.m. from the Mall at Shelter Cove. A percentage of proceeds benefits Hilton Head Aquatics and The Hilton Head Runners Club.
