7th Social Networking 101/102
On August 7, Class 101 will take place at 11 a.m.  and 102 at 1 p.m. On August 27 Class 101 will be at 2 p.m. and 102 at 10:30 a.m. Preregistration is required. Visit or contact our branch libraries for more information.

10th Intro and Intermediate Computer Classes

Savannah Sand Gnats "Oatland Island Night"
Grayson Stadium, Savannah, GA. A portion of ticket sales for that night's game will be donated to Oatland Island Wildlife Center.  The gates open at 6 p.m. and the game starts at 7.  Call 912-395-1500 or visit for more information.

Bedtime Stories
This event will take place at the Hilton Head Public Library at 6:45 p.m. This program is for children ages two and up and their families. Participants are invited to wear their pj's and bring a stuffed friend. Visit or 342-9200 for more information.

21st Hawkfest

23rd Registration Ends for Fall Soccer

Girl Scouts Cookie Cup 5K
Come support the Girl Scouts at the Sandy Ridge Girl Scout Program and Training Center in Bennettsville. For runners and walkers age 15 and up. $25 until Aug. 27th and $30 the day of the race. Runners can register online at or by calling 800-669-0822.

"Summer Song" Concert

Massage for the Cure

September 23rd Death by Chocolate
Girl Scouts of Eastern South Carolina is offering Death by Chocolate: a Chocolate and Champagne Affair. Memory Matters Art Expo
 The 11th Annual Memory Matters Art Expo will be held from 6-8 p.m. at All Saints Episcopal Church, 3001 Meeting Street, Hilton Head Island. The Art Expo will feature a silent auction of artwork created by local artists and Memory Matters participants.  Donations from both professional and amateur artists and craftsmen are requested.
