What’s your favorite thing about being a “Home Girl” of the Lowcountry?
Being outdoors most of the year! Either gardening, grilling/backyard partying, or boating, nothing beats being able to go to the beach in February and enjoy the glorious sunshine we have most of the year.
What makes your company and services unique?
We are the first company in our area to specialize in building outdoor kitchens only; this is all we do! We specialize in full design and build of outdoor kitchens.
What’s your favorite compliment from your clients?
Our favorite compliment is when our customers tell us that having an outdoor kitchen is something they have dreamed of for years, and their simple thank you for making their dream come true is very rewarding. This, of course, goes hand-in-hand with our customers praising our field crew for their courteous attitude.
How does helping people make a difference in your life?
The satisfaction we get in being invited to a client’s backyard party once we finish a project, or to a tailgate party, is indescribable. We try to educate our customers based on their needs and budget. When their project comes to fruition, there is always a celebration because our customers are happy and outdoor kitchens are so much fun!
Why are you, your husband Jamie and your entire staff
so passionate about grilling?
Well, for starters, we partner with one of the world’s leading grill manufacturers—Bull Grills—who shares our desire for excellence. After years of searching for the ultimate outdoor grill, we have found it in Bull. Their motto of “The Last Grill You’ll Ever Buy” is true, not just good marketing. Bull Grills are manufactured to a higher standard and feature better quality components, and it shows in every grill and kitchen we sell. Not to mention the benefit of healthy eating. There’s nothing better than fresh-off-the-grill food—meat and veggies—all just delicious!
