15th Free Vascular Screenings
Hilton Head Hospital will conduct free vascular screenings from 9am - noon to identify abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA), peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and carotid artery disease. Persons 50 years of age or older with cardiovascular risk factors such as a history of hypertension, diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol or known cardiovascular disease are candidates for these screenings. David Kastl, M.D., a cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon on the medical staff at Hilton Head Hospital, will oversee the screenings. Appointments are necessary and space is limited, call 1-877-582-2737.
16th Child Abuse Prevention Association of Beaufort County
Area golfers of all skill levels are gearing up for the 18th Annual CAPA Golf Challenge, hosted by Waste Management, set for an 11:00 a.m. shotgun start at Hampton Hall Club Golf Course. A Players' Award Party for all sponsors and golfers will be held on-site immediately following play.
17th Vienna Boys' Choir

10 a.m. at The Coastal Discovery Museum. You will spend time learning how to throw a cast net, cast a line, and catch a crab in the marshes of Jarvis Creek. Led by an experienced fisherman, this family-oriented program is hands on and fun for all ages. Other programs will be held March 30th and April 4th. Space is limited and reservations are required. 22nd "Catholic School Girls"
In this satire of Catholic school life in the 1960s, four actresses play the nuns and the first through eighth grade girls at St. George's School in Yonkers. "Catholic School Girls" is produced by the Misspent Youth Productions, directed by Gail Westerfield, written by by Casey Kurrti, will be in the black box theater @ ARTworks. Other showings: March 24 at 7:30 p.m.; March 25th at 3 p.m.; March 29 - 31 at 7:30 p.m.; April 1st at 3 p.m.

- Eliza Lucas Pinckney
The Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn will host "Eliza Lucas Pinckney" at 2:30 p.m. Eliza Lucas and her family came to live in South Carolina in 1739 just before Eliza's 17th birthday. Her experiments with indigo resulted in a very profitable industry for the colony. Reservations are required and the cost is $7.00 per person, for an adult audience (12 and older). 29th Indigo Tie-Dye
10:30 a.m. This unique program for children will focus on indigo! Participants will learn about the historical significance of indigo and indigo dye techniques as they create one-of-a kind indigo crafts. Space is limited and reservations are required. 30th The Magic of Mozart
The Hilton Head Choral Society presents "The Magic of Mozart" at 8:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church on Hilton Head Island. The concert will feature an evening of classical favorites by the young genius composer, performed by nearly 100 choir members, full orchestra and featured soloists.
